The BBC has but together a great map outlining the violence in Baghdad. The sobering reality that 35,557 innocent people have dies in the past 4 years, 12 times the amount of people killed on September 11th.

Consider the possibility of funding Green Peace through U.S. government to promote environment in Iraq. Perhaps ask leaders if they will stick to such a program.
Also U.N. Human Rights World constitution giving right to vote in international elections.
Much more sense than War.
I note Dick Cheney in End of Suburbia said oil was not way of future. Puzzling how he could back the Iraq War.
